Regular dancing is a great way to keep fit and agile, lose weight, increase muscle strength, improve balance, and co-ordination and beat stress.
Latin dancing has become more well known due to the dancing programmes on the TV making more people want to learn and become a part of these passionate dances. Latin dance classes include the Cha-cha-cha, Rumba, Samba, Salsa, Pasodoble and Jive. Latin dance classes can be informal ( social dancing) or formal ( to take part in the competitions).

Our group classes are : on Wednesday and Friday at 12.15
